MEET THE COACH - ALBA PALOMA TORRES

I am Alba Paloma Torres Valenzuela a Mexican passionate about physical activity for health and human movement.
I am deeply charismatic and committed to everything I do, always pushing my limits.
I enjoy my work and transmit my enthusiasm to those I work with.
I am kindly tactful when explaining things.

I seeks to be empathetic and thus, with a lot of patience, seei to bring out the best in each and everyone.
I graduated in Physical Culture and Sports, with many years of experience in teaching and practicing yoga, Crossfit and contemporary dance. I have worked as a SPA therapist. I have training in several alternative therapies, Low Pressure Fitness and Sports Nutrition. I am currently a Coach at Crossfit Ciudad Real and working for Area Sistole, a cardiac rehabilitation clinic, running the training and nutritional coaching program.
