MEET YOUR COACH - JESSICA SANKI

Sports practice has been part of my daily life since I was very young. I am passionate about artistic gymnastics which I practiced for 12 years in competition. I discovered CrossFit in 2012 and have been practicing it at a high level ever since.

After more than 10 years spent in a large company in the industrial sector, it was my passion for CrossFit that pushed me to change my professional orientation in 2015 to dedicate myself to teaching it and supporting you towards your goals!
I hold a BPJEPS, I then continued to train and improve myself to be sure to bring you the best at all times: 1st woman certified CrossFit Level 3 in France, nutrition coach (Precision Nutrition Level 1), Adaptive & Inclusive Trainer (AIT), Certified in Movement Assessment (Active Life Professional) to name only the most important...
My experience has allowed me to work with different client profiles. My mission is to accompany you to ensure that you feel motivated and involved at all times, whatever your goals or the challenges you face on a daily basis.
I don't just want you to reach your goals, I want you to feel like you can exceed them!

MEET YOUR COACH - ANTOINE CAYROCHE

I've been doing CrossFit since 2012.

I love anything that makes you stronger, because as Louis Simmons says “weak things break” so lifting weights in all forms and strict gym!

To me CrossFit is like the known universe, ever expanding and all part of it.

Everything is CrossFit and CrossFit is for everyone.  The more the years pass the more we add movements and it is constantly varied to infinity

My new need to stimulate myself is therefore nourished without ever being satiated.
When I started like many my goal was related to my physique, and very quickly I switched to the "performance" side.

Today in my practice I am looking for 2 things; the first, which seems essential to me for everyone and I encourage you all to put this point back at the centre of your practice, is pleasure, the pleasure of discovering, trying, failing, succeeding, or even simply pleasure to move, to sweat and to be human in its physical and physiological dimension because today we are beings endowed with intelligence who for many have forgotten that our body is not just for us to go from bed to office then on the couch

The second is to learn, to learn about me, to experiment with things that I would like to implement in my lessons and coaching, to make mistakes to try to make those I coach avoid them, to find solutions and to discover new or rediscover new ideas. ancient ways to progress/This is why I train

My practice has helped me to increase my self-confidence and to believe in what my body is capable of and that is more than precious and essential to the human being I think to be happy.  As Socrates says: “No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man - or woman - to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.
