Don't live near to one of our local gym programs? We want to open our program up to those post-cancer treatment across the world. That is why we've teamed up with Fitr Training to offer free remote access to the Battle Cancer Program wherever you are. 


If you're post-cancer treatment and are looking to rebuild your fitness we are here for you! 

You can follow the program at a gym near you or at home. All of our workouts offer alternative movements for bodyweight and object weights if you do not have access to weights and gym equipment.

SAMPLE SESSION

Week 2, Session 1: Strict Press

Today's session is to introduce and develop your vertical pressing. We'll establish your 3 rep max strict press, before using a pressing movement in a workout to raise your heart rate. 

Strength

Every 2 and a half minutes for 15 minutes (6 Sets):

  • 3 barbell (or object) strict press

Workout

5 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible):

  • 6 barbell/object push press

  • 12 lateral hops over the barbell/object

  • 24 mountain climbers


Rest for 2 minutes

3 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible):

  • 6 barbell/object push press

  • 12 lateral hops over the barbell/object

  • 24 mountain climbers

PARTICIPATION CRITERIA

Please read the criteria carefully and consult your doctor before participating in the Battle Cancer Program

​Our program is for those:

  • A minimum of two months clear of all cancer treatment

  • Signed off by their doctor to take part in physical activity

Unfortunately, the program is NOT yet suitable for:

  • Anyone that has had brain or CNS cancer

  • Anyone with two or more severe simultaneous diseases or medical conditions, particularly cardiovascular and neurological
