With over 10 years' experience within the fitness, I've grown to appreciate just how important it is to help your clients make positive changes for their mindset as well as their body.
Once a kid from a sporting background who loved the gym to now a 'fitness nause' always looking to educate further. I use everything I've learnt over the years to help motivate others to grow whilst creating fun goal driven programming which focuses on improving their strengths & working on weaknesses
Favourite exercise: Deadlift.
Weakness: Biscoff filled doughnuts.
MEET YOUR COACHES - TARA LEE
I’m TL and have been a part of CrossFit for over 7 years and have been fortunate enough to travel the world through fitness. I've met some amazing people in many different communities, building relationships & memories for life.
Like many others, I have lost family members and loved ones to cancer and have seen first hand the devastating impact it can have.
I fully believe movement is medicine and am passionate about getting people moving, building strength and head game as well as overall health and wellbeing. Making it my sole purpose to ensure each and every person is leaving feeling the benefit of fitness physically, mentally and socially.
Fitness has shaped my life and so I feel privileged to be able to coach and support others through their own journey and to take their first steps post treatment through this amazing project.
I'm incredibly excited to be part of the Battle Cancer community and cannot wait to meet you all to share the move forward program.
