Our AMRAP fundraiser has been designed to be accessible to anyone and can be taken on in a variety of ways; as an individual, a pair, a team, a whole gym! You could choose to make this a whole day takeover and see how long your gym members can keep the AMRAP going for, or set yourself a 1hour challenge and take it on solo.
