I am 30 years old and I have been a cross-training coach for 7 years, working in the field of physical activity for 14 years! I enjoy helping people feel better about themselves and discover their potential with the help of a training plan unique to their objectives, abilities and situation, promoting awareness of the importance of implementing healthy lifestyle habits, motivation/mindset, nutrition and sleep and stress management.
